  1. During a seller's consult, I will show you how I plan on marketing your home, what "extra" I can provide, and I will gather information to prepare a full market analysis.

  2. While presenting a comparative market analysis I will explain Real Estate principles and paperwork. 

  3. I will assist you in preparing your home for sale, list it on the NWMLS & other Real Estate websites, and market your property to buyers and other agents. 

  4. Keep you up to date on current market activity, as well as comments and feedback from potential buyers and agents. 

  5. Assist you with the purchase & sale agreement, and track contingencies, while ensuring that contract deadlines are met.

  6. Work with all parties involved and ensure that all documents are in order and on time. 

  7. Celebrate your closing!  


Buyer Services

  1. If you have not done so already, I will assist in arranging a no-obligation mortgage preapproval meeting for you with a reputable and local mortgage lender to find out how much you qualify for.

  2. I will search the Multiple Listing Services (NWMLS) for homes listed by all the different Real Estate companies and I will schedule private showings for any homes you wish to see. 

  3. When you find the "right home", I will help you in preparing an offer. I will assist you in getting all the answers to your questions and I will help you negotiate the price, terms, and conditions. 

  4. I will proactively communicate with you and guide you throughout the process from start to finish, ensuring that all contract terms are met. 

  5. Celebrate your closing!  



Land Services

Many people expect the market dynamics for lots and land to be the same as the market for existing homes.  They are not! 

  1. Land Buyers are Different from Homebuyers with very different perspectives, desires and needs.

  2. Land Requires different sales techniques.

  3. The market for existing homes is almost always more vibrant than the land market. 

  4. Patience is required - Selling or Buying vacant land typically will take longer than a house. You have to be patient!

Either selling or buying, I will take your fears away, and will provide you with plenty or resources, while being dedicated to the process.
