What a beautiful place we live in! And what a great way to showcase its beauty in local and unique articles that you can find in one of the local shops in downtown Oak Harbor. Located at The Loft, on 715 Fidalgo Avenue and Dock Street, PNW Vibes is just the ultimate shopping destination.
I always love meeting our local shop owners and learning the stories behind their business. Juliana was born in the Polynesian Islands and came to the United States when she was a little girl. She became a US citizen years ago, and of course, being a new citizen myself, we exchanged our US Birthday dates as well. She moved to beautiful Whidbey Island almost 5 years ago and opened the store in October.
It all started by hand painting T-Shirts and selling them at school functions, events, and so on. I love how she has a photo book showcasing the whole process and memories made in the last few years. True passion!
She is now located in a central location and features products from 9 local artists. From home décor to clothing items, handmade soaps, and freshly ground coffee, rest assured to find something for anyone.
Some of the local artists include “Beach Cove Jewelry”, “Whidbey Wood Girl”, ” PNW Home Vibes ” and “Harbor Acres Goat Milk Soaps”.
I purchased something to include with a closing gift for my clients.
